Full job description

We are looking for a dedicated Technical Service Representative to provide exceptional technical support and service to our customers.  This role involves troubleshooting product and equipment issues, fielding phone calls, and ensuring our customers receives assistance promptly.  The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical knowledge in polyurethanes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop a strong relationship with the sales and parts departments.

Troubleshooting customer issues/inquiries.

Educate customers on proper application of spray polyurethane foam.

Ability to train customers, sales representatives, and employees on how to properly apply spray polyurethane foam.

Ability to maintain proper reports from customer visits.

Submit expense reports on a weekly basis.

Travel required.

Qualification: 

High School Diploma or GED

2 Years minimum of experience and knowledge in:

-Application of spray polyurethane foam.

-Equipment troubleshooting and processing.

-General knowledge of building envelope and code approved building practices.

Must be mechanically inclined.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
