Henri Fennell is a building envelope specialist with over forty years of experience in the design of polyurethane foam applications and the installation of polyurethane foam systems. His expertise combines architectural design, foam contracting, and building envelope remediation and commissioning. Henri has a broad understanding of theoretical and applied building science as related to building envelope performance and failures, and since the early 1980’s he has been involved in the design and construction of what are now called micro-load buildings. His contracting work has included thousands of remediation, building failure, and historic renovation projects, including high-profile structures like the Guggenheim Museum.
